Return Policy

Returns
Returns or refunds are offered up to 14 days from the date of delivery of package. If 14 days have elapsed since your package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition it must also be in the original packaging. Any items returned not in original condition, will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

Made to order items such as sample bottles, travel atomizers, etc., are not eligible to be returned.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by the financial institution that was used.

Please note that any third-party insurance that was purchased with the order for protection during shipping from our location to yours, are not eligible for a refund with a returned purchase.

Made to order items such as sample bottles, travel atomizers, etc., are not eligible for a refund. However, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund depending on the case.

Additionally, if an item is returned due to customer error (incorrect address, missing information, or unable to deliver and returned to sender) any shipping costs that were paid at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund and shipping costs will be substracted from the purchase total before a refund is applied to your account.  


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been longer than 1 week, first check  bank account, next please contact us if funds are not pending. 

Refunds may take some time before they are officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@kingdomfragrances.com.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us and we can start the return process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs that were paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and paid for shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Fraud

We go to great lengths to ensure our products are 100% authentic and guarantee authenticity of all our products we ship to our customers. If a returned item is not the exact item that was sent, or a fraudulent item is returned instead, the package will immediately be returned to the customer and the customer will not receive a refund.
